O Mary, our Mother and Mother of Christ, you who were taken into Heaven, body and soul, on this feast of your Assumption, we lift our hearts with you toward Heaven



O Mother of Grace, teach us to live on earth with our hearts turned toward Heaven, to accept God’s will with faith and humility, as you said


Behold, I am the handmaid of the Lord;let it be done to me according to your word


O Mary, you are a sign of hope for every human being


In your Assumption, we see the promise of God’s eternal life, and we remember that the final destiny of God’s children is not the grave, but the glory of Heaven


O Mother, carry our prayers to your Son, Jesus


Place before Him our pain, our fears, and our weariness, and all those whom we love and carry in our hearts



When the road becomes difficult,remind us that Heaven is God’s promise, and that whoever walks with Christ does not walk toward an ending,but toward life


O Queen of Heaven, hold our hands on the journey of faith


Watch over our homes and families, and draw near to the suffering, the sick, and those in need


With your tender heart, embrace every soul that seeks help and peace


O Mary, our Mother,as you have gone before us into the glory of Heaven, lead us to your Son


Help us remain faithful to Him on earth until we meet Him in His glory in Heaven



O Jesus, through the intercession of Your Mother, Mary, strengthen us in faith, teach us to live in love, to die in hope, and to rise to eternal life


Turn our hearts always toward You, O Lord, so that one day we may share in the glory of Heaven, where our Mother Mary lives with You in a joy that never ends


O Mary, you who were taken into Heaven, carry us by your prayers toward your Son, Jesus
