O Jesus, meek and humble of heart, I come before You just as I am, and I place everything within me before You, because I know that You know me and love me.Lord, give me a gentle heart, a heart that does not become angry quickly, does not repay evil with evil, and does not carry resentment within


Teach me to remain silent when silence is better, and to speak when my words can bring goodness, and to choose love even when I have the power to strike back


O Jesus, guard my heart from hardness, from pride, from anger, and from every word that could wound another person


Make me gentle, but not weak; humble, but never without dignity; forgiving, while teaching me to set wise and loving boundaries


Lord, when I feel that I am better than others, remind me of my own weakness


And when I feel that I am less than others, remind me of my worth in Your eyes


Do not allow me to seek the praise of people, but teach me to be content with knowing that You are pleased with me


When I make a mistake, give me the courage to admit it


When I am hurt, give me the grace to forgive


When I succeed, give me the grace to remain humble


And when I growbweary, teach me to rest in Your heart


O Jesus, make my heart gentle like Yours, my words loving, my hands ready to help, and my footsteps instruments of peace


Wherever I may be, let me carry Your presence, spread Your peace, and reveal to those around me something of the beauty of Your heart


O Jesus, meek and humble of heart, make my heart like Yours


Let my gentleness be my strength, my humility be my path to You, and my love be a witness to Your presence
