My Lord and my God, I come before You with a weary heart


I place before You everything that weighs upon my soul, and I ask You for the grace that renews within me a steadfast spirit



Renew within me, Lord, whatever the days have weakened


Bring back to life within me whatever hope has grown dim, and kindle in my heart once again the fire of Your love


Take away from my heart every despair, every fear, and every anxiety that draws me away from You


Give me a pure heart that seeks You, a peaceful spirit that rests in You, a steadfast faith that cannot be shaken by the storms, and a hope that holds firmly to Your promise even in the hardest moments


Holy Spirit of God, fill me with Your presence, renew my strength, enlighten my mind, purify my heart, and guide my steps in the way of truth and love


Teach me to place in Your hands what I cannot change, to trust that Your grace is sufficient for me, to walk with You day after day, and to allow Your Spirit to renew every part of my life


Jesus, when I am weak, be my strength


When I hesitate, be my certainty


When I lose my way, be my path


When the burden becomes heavy, be my support


Do not let me live imprisoned by the memory of my wounds, but renew me through the hope of Your love


Do not let me remain in what has passed, but open before me new doors of grace


Make me, Lord, a witness of Your light, an instrument of Your peace, a voice of Your hope, and a heart that carries Your love to everyone I meet


Create in me a clean heart, O God, and renew a steadfast spirit within me
