Dear Jesus, i come before You with a tired heart, yet in Your presence I find my refuge and my peace


My Lord, I do not want to carry alone everything that weighs upon my heart


So today, I place it all into Your hands


I place before You my fears, my worries, my questions, my sorrows, and everything for which I cannot find an answer


You know me more deeply than I know myself, and You know what I need before I even ask


Teach me to trust You and to surrender to You what I cannot change


Jesus, when my thoughts are troubled, be my peace


When my strength is weak, be my support


When I fear the future, be my hope


When I feel alone, remind me that You never leave me


Lord, give me the grace of stillness to hear Your voice amid the noise of life, and the grace of Trust to surrender to You everything that burdens me


I do not need to understand everything


I only need to know that You are with me


I do not need to have every answer


I only need a heart that trusts You


Take from me, Jesus, everything that weighs me down, and place Your peace within my heart


Replace fear with faith, anxiety with hope, and weakness with strength from You


And when I cannot see the way, I will place my hand in Yours


When I do not know where to go, I will trust that You are leading me


My Lord, into Your hands I place my life


Into Your hands I place my loved ones


Into Your hands I place everything I love and everything I fear


I will not be afraid, because I am not alone


You are with me, You are around me, You are before me, and You are within my heart


And so, with all my faith, I say


Jesus, in Your hands I rest, in Your presence I find peace, in You I trust, and to You I surrender everything.
